Democracy
Political change must be pursued peacefully, lawfully and democratically.
Our founding principles guide our work, shape our
decisions, and define what Alberta Now stands for.
These eight principles reflect the values that unite Albertans and serve as the foundation for a stronger, freer and more prosperous Alberta.
Political change must be pursued peacefully, lawfully and democratically.
Our federal representatives should be free to put Alberta's interests first.
Public money belongs to taxpayers and must be managed carefully, transparently and responsibly.
Party officials, candidates and elected representatives must remain accountable to members and voters.
Individual liberty, economic freedom, property rights and open debate are essential to a prosperous society.
Public policy should create conditions in which individuals, families, workers, entrepreneurs and businesses can succeed.
Albertans have the democratic right to determine Alberta's constitutional future.
Credibility is earned through competent organization, truthful communication, responsible conduct and respect for the rule of law.
These principles are more than words — they are our commitment to every Albertan. They shape how we work, how we engage, and how we fight for a stronger, more independent and more prosperous Alberta.

Together, we can turn these principles into real progress for Alberta.
